Santolina Etrusca

Etruscan Santolina

It’s native range is highly restricted to central and northern Italian regions, particularly Tuscany and surrounding areas, but does really well here in a sunny spot. Soft, feathery, zingy green foliage. Creamy white ball, button like flower heads during midsummer, a nice change from the more widely used yellow flowering s. chamaecyparissus. Trim back after flowering to a nice compact form and shape.

• Position: Full sun
• Flowering time: July/August
• Flower colour: Cream
• Hardiness: Very hardy with drainage
• Height x Spread: 50 cm x 50 cm
